Ask HN: Experiences using Firefox Hello?

Hi HN,

Due to Skype issues, I'm interested in using Firefox Hello [1] or any other good voice + chat tool. Saw it mentioned in the recent thread about Skype on Linux here. Would like to know what your experience with it (or any similar tool) has been, in terms of pros and cons. Please mention the OS too - Windows / Linux / Mac OS X / other. Thanks to all who reply.

[1] If Firefox Hello is still available.
