Ask HN: Is there a site for outsourcing small IT jobs?

I'm looking for a website where you can find someone to take care of small computer related tasks for you ... maybe by specifying a price of what the issue is worth to you, or even dutch auction style.

I'm thinking of things like that small objective-c extension that you always wanted to have but never found the time to write. Or creating a good offline version of a website. Or finding available tools for UI testing on your current stack. Stuff like that.
