Are these advantages reflected in electrocution and house fire rates?
In both countries more than half of electrocution deaths are pretty horrific overkill industrial accident or crane vs power line where the difference between two million times too much power flowing thru the body vs four million times too much power don't have much of an effect on the end result. Likewise a lot of home deaths need correction for alcohol and stupidity.
