Ask the admins: Can we get comment reply notifications at last?

I've been using HN notify to be notified of replies to my comment by email, but that's a free service and it goes down sometimes (it seems to be down now). Would it be possible to add a way for the site to email us or something when a reply to one of our comments is posted?

This is pretty important functionality in a discussion forum, and it has been sorely missing for years.
