Ask HN: Custom clothing from picture direct to consumer?

Is there any service where I could send a few photos of clothing and have the clothing made overseas custom to within say 90% of the look of the photo?

I recently read about the Wish app, and was thinking if a good amount of clothing is made in China, there must be some companies that could do the direct to consumer type setup.

Does anything like this exist?
