Ask HN: Which Asset Management/Collaboration Tool do you use?

I'm looking for a tool (SaaS or on-prem/installable) which allows primarily for art creation and managing workflows and the exchange and management of the according asset files (PSDs, 3dsmax etc), e.g. between freelancers and outsourcers and our office hq.

We've come a long way using SCMs and Dropbox like tools for that purpose, and are looking now for something professional.

It should be able to handle big file sizes (eg 1GB per file), should have a user- and permission management system and it should be easy to use and comprehend for non tech savvy artists working remotely.

It's OK to have an installable client as well.

Any pointers are welcome, please propose everything!
