Ask HN: What are some good small Open source products that one can join?

I recently made my first ever contribution to an open source project. Nothing major. Text changes and that kind of thing. The process of cloning, building, running, and making little tweaks was so much fun. I want to get more involved with projects like this but most open source projects I find are framework level things. I know there are lots of actual products like web apps that are open source and out there, but I was wondering if the HN community could help share some of these projects. Especially smaller products. Good example would be openhunt.co (https://github.com/OpenHunting/openhunt).
