I wonder, does the .co.uk one also redirect to .de? You might find that as an already-"localised" one it doesn't redirect?

(Edit) No actually I spoke to soon. Even when the url doesn't redirect, the blog post is still in German for me! (Edit again) Must have been cached, it's in English now.

Try using this url instead: http://angularjs.blogspot.com/ncr

ncr = No Country Redirect
