Speaking of the EU, anyone knows what is going on with the credit card fee cap? It's supposedly in effect, but I haven't seen anything in practice.

I the biggest change I've seen in Germany is that Aldi started to accept VISA and MasterCard. Before it only accepted the German EC card system because credit cards probably had too high transactions fees in comparison.

I got on email from stripe today that they're lowering the fees for their EU customers. Maybe the ball is starting to roll with this?
