Computer Science High School Coming to Richmond VA

OP here. Short on details right now since this was just released. CodeVA doesn't have anything even on their website yet. http://www.codevirginia.org/

If anyone can make this work Code VA can. Code VA is already making a difference in the state of Virginia for k12 Computer Science education. They have been writing curriculum for K12 in I beleive 8 counties. They teach teachers how to teach CS and pre CS concepts (math, critical thinking, problem solving...) My youngest daughter has worked with them from time to time with helping disadvantaged students start to learn CS. We have been impressed with their ability to execute every time we have seen them in action.

As a member of the RVA community I really hope this is a successful venture.
