This means that you believe that things CANNOT be fixed(beyond a point)through activism - political or otherwise, education, awareness etc. Issues are conflated, confused by and mus-prioritized by the 99% on a regular basis - history and tragedies repeat. Ofcourse 99 is an arbitrary number. > You belive (like me) that you must reach out to the 1% and actually do something to help each other out. The 1 % is thinly spread out and we have to actively seek each other out. If we don't band together, which is one of the common failing of the 1% that I've observed we deserve the raw deal metted out by the 99%. > Knowledge derived from authority must always be suspect, science and medicine included.

I do know that it has to at some point involve some actual work - perhaps plan and execute a tiny project together, moving on to bigger projects and so on. > I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has such thoughts, (recollect the novel - 'Atlas Shrugged' ? )if there are groups that you are part of that already are a safe refuge for the 1%, let me know what I can do to join them.
