Without speaker notes, this isn't really too helpful. All I really got out of the 97 slides was that the ruby project needs more developers. I don't really know what the difference between a "cathedral" project and a "bazaar" is [1].
I really like ruby, but without actually hearing this speech in person, I don't think it really sends a coherent message.
