Came here to say basically this. Would have been nice if they had the courtesy to disable their own javascript on an article about how disabling javascript gives a better user experience......

Honest question. Since I've been disabling javascript I've not read many comments sections and I've wasted a lot less time.
I can do it here.
There should be an html fallback everywhere.
I'm afraid, we can't do javascript right but the against movement.
