Working fine and as useless as ever, here on desktop.

    $ curl -i -X HEAD https://twitter.com/i/moments
    HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

From what I see, the Moments tab is still Live.

The page 404s on desktop, and I saw the icon disappear from the Android app.

Nope, working on desktop, mobile chrome, and mobile iOS app, here.

Check the mobile app.

Maybe just Android, or maybe just certain geo locations?

Can't tell for sure, but there's an odd behavior that might have something to do with the type of connection the client is on.

Works for me!
