Define "you". By "you" do you mean criminals and others who are evading, resisting or shooting at cops? Or do you mean the majority of law-abiding citizens without issues that involve the police coming after you?

I'm in the latter. So is my whole family, friends and, afaik, co-workers. So do I think that 8x number applies to any of us? No.
