Ask HN: Integrated closing/settlement software at title companies?

I've come across baakss' comment on this post, https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=9799007 regarding outdated software at title companies and I was wondering if anyone else knew about the industry. I've done some research and found out that the market is dominated by four giant title corporations, each of which has their own settlement software. This makes me wonder if there is a room for another one.
