Ask HN: Saas pipeline and mailmerge provider recommendation

I was hoping you could help me with this.

We currently use Pipelinedeals to keep track of sales, Whilst their pipeline is very easy to use their document merging capabilities are very limited. E.g. my custom fields are not available for a merge.

For the past months I have been searching for an alternative and tried lots of providers but to no avail and almost ready to throw in the towel on this one.

Could anybody point me to a saas provider that has great e-mail merging capabilities compared to i.e. word/excel merge and an excellent sales pipeline? A big bonus would be if the platform supports logical statements like if-then in the merge options.

Any pointer is highly appreciated.
