Mobile Devices - not just the iPhone but think "What would software/hardware be like if you could carry your desktop machine everywhere - inside your pocket"
Mobile Devices is a good and safe bet. Particularly cross-platform stuff. Fragmentation is not going to occur, everyone knows what is at stake and nobody wants it to happen.
