I think front end developers - and I am one - are becoming increasingly lazy about testing in multiple browsers. Perhaps the improvements in browser standardisation have lulled us into a false sense of security.

Same here. Disabling javascript lets you scroll the page. Why do people keep doing this - it's a straightforward article with text and pictures. This could be done in HTML 2.0.

Same. Disabling page styles and javascript makes it much more readable.
