Delete Your vBoard Account

vBoard — AI Voice Keyboard is developed and operated by Srizon Software, Inhaber Md Afzal Hossain. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data we hold about you.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. 1.Send an email to privacy@srizon.com with the subject line vBoard Account Deletion Request.
  2. 2.Include the Google account email address you used to sign in to vBoard. If you used the anonymous free trial, include your device model so we can locate the trial record.
  3. 3.We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • ×Your Google account profile (name and email) linked to vBoard
  • ×Your active OpenRouter API key minted for your subscription or free trial (the key is revoked so it can no longer be used)
  • ×Free-trial grant record, including the device identifier used to gate the trial
  • ×Any locally cached settings and keys stored on your device (you can also clear these yourself via Android Settings → Apps → vBoard → Clear Data)

Data That May Be Retained

  • !Anonymised billing records required for tax and legal compliance (e.g. purchase amount, date) — retained for up to 10 years as required by German law (§ 257 HGB / § 147 AO), with all personally identifiable fields removed
  • !Server access logs (IP address, timestamp) — retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then automatically purged
