Delete Your vBoard Account

vBoard — AI Voice Keyboard is developed and operated by Srizon Software, Inhaber Md Afzal Hossain. iOS users can delete their account in the app. This page also explains how Android users and anonymous trial users can request deletion.

Delete in the iOS app

Open vBoard, go to Settings > AI Features, sign in, and tap Delete account. Confirm with Sign in with Apple. vBoard deletes the account data immediately. You do not need to contact support.

Android and anonymous trials

Android users and people who want us to remove an anonymous trial record can email privacy@srizon.com with the subject "vBoard Account Deletion Request."

For an Android account, include the Google account email shown in vBoard. For an anonymous trial, include the platform and device model. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the request within 30 days. If support asks you to verify a signed-in record, use the Google or Apple account email shown in the app.

Data That Will Be Deleted

×The account data linked to vBoard, unless the same Srizon identity is still needed by another Srizon product
×Your vBoard prepaid OpenRouter AI key. We revoke them so they can no longer be used
×The vBoard account link on App Store or Google Play purchase records. We keep the billing record without that link

Deleting a signed-in iOS account does not remove local keyboard preferences or an anonymous trial record. You can ask support to remove an anonymous trial record separately.

Data That May Be Retained

!Billing records required for tax and legal compliance, such as purchase amount and date. We retain them for up to 10 years as required by German law (§ 257 HGB / § 147 AO), without their vBoard user link
!Server access logs (IP address, timestamp) — retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then automatically purged
