Delete Your Speaking Practice Account

Open Speaking Practice, go to Settings, sign in with Google if you are not signed in, and tap Delete account. Confirm with Delete permanently.

The app deletes your account data immediately and clears your practice history from the device. You do not need to contact support.

If you can no longer open the app, or want us to remove an anonymous trial record, email privacy@srizon.com with the subject "Speaking Practice Account Deletion Request."

For a signed-in account, include the Google account email shown in Speaking Practice. For an anonymous trial, include the Device ID shown in the app's Settings. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the request within 30 days.

• ×The account data linked to Speaking Practice, unless the same Srizon identity is still needed by another Srizon product
• ×Your Speaking Practice prepaid AI credits and OpenRouter AI key. We revoke the key so it can no longer be used
• ×The Speaking Practice account link on Google Play purchase records. We keep the billing record without that link
• ×Practice history and settings stored on your device

Deleting your account does not cancel a legacy Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play.

• !Billing records required for tax and legal compliance, such as purchase amount and date. We retain them for up to 10 years as required by German law (§ 257 HGB / § 147 AO), without their Speaking Practice user link
• !Exercise progress counters stored under a hashed, random app identifier. They are not linked to your account, and the app creates a new identifier after deletion
• !If you used the free trial, the trial record with the Android ID of your device. We keep it so the same device cannot claim the trial again. Email us if you want it removed
